Now parallel or duplicate that New Releative Motion Line (NRML) to the old M.

The NRML on the old M will tell us how far to turn or how much to change speed, so extend it a bit past R.

The NRML was duplicated on the old M because the original R/Te/M triange is our vector calculator.

Just like an electronic calculator, we add information (the NRML) to the vector calculator and we will get new information (new course to steer) out of it.
